Airflow Pressure Sensor Plus (AC) - Kit

The Pressure Sensor Plus from SleepSense is designed to detect respiratory airflow and/or snoring for recording by a polygraph EEG or similar type of physiological recorder. An in-built Piezo crystal senses minute pressure changes and filters them into two bands; one for slow waves to the flow channel and one for fast waves into the snore channel. This Pressure Sensor Plus outputs the raw signal via 1.5mm DIN touch-proof (TP) connectors. No external power source is required. Both nasal and oral/nasal cannula can be connected to the pressure sensor.

A switch on the side panel of the Pressure Sensor Plus allows for sensitivity control. When adjusted, the switch either increases or descreases the sensitivity setting of the snore or pressure channels if the signals are too strong or too weak for proper recording.
