Biosemi Battery Repair Order

We offer repair/replacement for the Active Two Battery Box Cell after the initial defect liability period. The age of the battery box does not matter and most of the time a battery box will work well with a new cell after many years to follow. Before we consider repairing a defective battery box any of the below conditions must be met:

• The fuse has been checked and is not damaged.
• Battery box does not smell burnt (as from experience liquid has exited the internal cell and possibly destroyed the PCB or Printed Circuit Board).
• Battery box is properly cleansed and does not show any cracks.
• No liquid (acid) exits towards the front or around the main switch.

If the above conditions are fully met (no exceptions made) and you wish to proceed sending the battery box only to NEUROSPEC AG please proceed as follows:

1. Place the order by adding this product to your basket and confirm serial number and shipment terms.
2. Go to Checkout and provide payment.
3. We will then receive your paid order, check the request and confirm sending the battery box to us for final check before repair. Once the battery arrives in our offices, and we find it is irrepairable due to destroyed PCB we will advice and suggest to purchase a new complete battery box (with 12 months warranty).
4. Any paid repair costs (net value) will be credited and transfered to the purchase of a new box (Commercial Invoice Template will be available for download in My Account upon payment).

Please note: If the battery box is sent from outside Switzerland, a hazardous goods certificate (downloadable after payment) must accompany the goods as otherwise any of the freight courier companies will neglect shipping the goods.
