Disposable Sponge Disks

ECI Disposable Sponge Disks (E6) for extra comfort when wearing an EEG cap like the Electro-Cap from ECI. ECI sponge disks lower the pressure of the frontal lobe electrodes.
ECI sponge disks come with an adhesive layer to stick sponge disks to the forehead or on any other hairless areas of subjects. They keep the ECI Electro-Gel from spreading between the electrodes and absorb perspiration. It is recommended the disks be placed on FP1 and FP2 to prevent the cap from moving up on the forehead. Sponge disks are effectively used on infants due to the tenderness of the scalp and may assist in fitting the caps properly.
