These EEG Silver (Ag) Disc Electrodes are premium-grade recording electrodes crafted from 99.99% pure silver, engineered for high-precision EEG, EMG, and neurophysiological applications. Each electrode is stamped and polished from solid silver, ensuring exceptional conductivity, long-lasting performance, and natural resistance to corrosion without requiring surface treatment.

With an 8 mm electrode (contact surface) diameter and 11 mm outer cup diameter, these electrodes provide optimal contact area for stable and low-noise signal acquisition. The 3 mm cup thickness offers structural integrity while maintaining lightweight comfort for subjects.

The attached connection cable is 145cm and terminates in a DIN 1.5mm touch-proof (TP) sockets (female connector). The cable jacket is made of TPU enhacing insulation, flexibility, durability, and biocompatibility, ensuring safe and reliable use in research environments.

Application Note

For best results, clean the electrode surface with isopropyl alcohol (70%) before and after each use to maintain optimal conductivity. Apply a suitable conductive paste or gel to ensure low-impedance skin contact. After use, gently rinse and dry the electrodes to preserve the polished silver surface.
Avoid abrasive cleaning agents or ultrasonic cleaners, as these may alter the natural silver finish that enhances performance over time.
