V16 SuperVisc High-Viscosity Gel - 300g for Active Electrodes. For EEG/EXG applications and use with EasyCap EEG Caps. Also available as a 1000g Tub.
V16 SuperVisc is a high-viscosity electrolyte gel with high salt content. Its high salt content allows for expedited EEG/EXG setups as it helps achieve the optimal impedances faster. The V16 SuperVisc Gel is used for EEG and other EXG applications with active electrodes. It is completely water-soluble and does not have an odor.
Thanks to its high viscosity value it is optimal for high-density EEG/EXG applications where electrodes are densely spaced. A high viscosity value helps reduces the risk of a short-circuit between electrodes (a.k.a. gel bridges). The gel's density is 1.06 g/cc.
V16 SuperVisc gel comes in a 300g tube that is optimally utilised with the optional caulking gun.
