Bipolar Felt Pad Bar Stimulator (shielded)

This Blue Felt Pad Bar Stimulator is a shielded electrical bar stimulator and comes with an grip for easy handling. It is equipped with two rectangular stimulation pads at a distance of either 20mm or 40mm from each other. Can only be used with rectangular felt pads for stimulation. We recommend fixating the stimulator with the help of a velcro strap. The Felt Pad Bar Stimulator comes assembled to a 150cm long connection cable. The connection cable terminates to either a 1.5mm touch-proof (TP) DIN sockets or a DIN 5-pol 270° connector (please select).

Suitable for all kinds of electrical stimulation applications including EP (evoked potentials), EMG and NCS.

Application Note

Instructions for use:

1. Soak the rectangular felt pads in a saline solution and allow the rectangular felt pads to absorb the saline water. Then squeeze the pads for a complete wetting and connect them to the bipolar stimulation electrode.
2. Clean the patient's skin with a damp cotton ball.
3. Place the bipolar stimulation electrode in the desired location.
4. Connect the bipolar stimulation electrode to the EMG/NCS/EP equipment for stimulation or recording.
5. Dispose rectangular felt pads after use.

Cleaning: Clean the bipolar stimulation electrode after each use with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not immerse in a cleaning solution. Do not use automatic cleaning tools.

Disinfection: we recommend disinfecting the bipolar stimulation electrodes with alcohol.
