Disposable Subdermal Needle Electrodes, 12mm x 0.35mm (25/pack)

These Disposable Subdermal Needle Electrodes have a 12mm long needle with a diameter of 0.35mm. The needle itself is made of steel and is of type straight. These needle electrodes have a 1mm pin connector to plug into a connection cable with a 1mm socket.

Subdermal needle electrodes are sterilized and disposable. They are not suitable for re-sterilization. Suitable for use in recording and monitoring biosignal potentials and also stimulation. Applications include EMG, EEG, EP and electrical stimulation.

Instruction for Use

1. Do not use the selected needle electrode if the pouch is damaged.
2. Open the pouch and remove the needle from the sterile pouch.
3. Connect the needle with the equipment.
4. Remove the needle sheath.
5. Introduce the needle into the area to be tested. Insert the needle up to the hub.
6. After use, dispose of the needle according to standard protocols or put the needle in an approved biohazard sharps container.

Application Note

• The metal part of the needle electrode mustn't be visible after insertion. Make sure of the total insert of the needle electrode into the patient.
• The subdermal needle electrode is for single patient only.
• This single-use product is not designed for re-use. Attempts to clean and re-use this single-use device expose patients and operators to a risk of cross-contamination.
• Do not re-sterilize needle electrodes.
• Not MRI compatible.
• The maximum stimulation value is 60mA.
