Double Adhesive Rings (Electrode Washers)

The Double Adhesive Rings (Electrode Washers) come with a double-coated, thin, conformable, transparent, polyester film with a patented and moisture resistant adhesive on both sides. Double Adhesive Rings are ideal for all kinds of electrodes and sensors for EEG, ECG, EOG, EMG and more applications.

The double adhesive ring/washer is ~0.16 mm thick (without release liner). Different ring sizes available.

One box contains 500 x Double Adhesive Rings (Electrode Washers).

Electrode Washers Sizes

Double Adhesive Rings (Electrode Washers) are available in the following sizes. The sizes refer to the diameter of the outer ring x the diameter of the inner ring. Dimensions are measured without the brown tab.

• T-01: 40 x 16mm - Box of 500
• T-02: 30 x 10mm - Box of 500
• T-03: 20 x 8mm - Box of 500
• T-06: 13 x 5mm - Box of 500
• T-08: 20 x 5mm - Box of 500

Application Note

Apply the Double Adhesive Ring to the electrode or sensor first. Then, apply conductive gel (if required) and only after gel has been applied, remove the release liner to ensure no gel residue makes contact with the adhesive.

Recommended Storage

Double adhesive rings/washers are to be stored at room temperature (acceptable temperature range is 10-27ºC) and at a humidity level of 40-60%.
