ValuTrode® Cloth Electrodes 3.2cm Round (40/pack)

The ValuTrode® Cloth Electrode (3.2cm, round, CF3200) is a specially engineered neurostimulation electrode from Axelgaard. The ValuTrode series presents electrodes of superior quality at a cost-effective price point. Distinguished by Axelgaard's patented multi-layer MultiStick® hydrogel, ValuTrode® electrodes are esteemed for their robustness and versatile applicability to the skin.

Each ValuTrode® cloth electrode comes pre-assembled with a 6cm lead wire which terminates in a 2mm socket (use appropriate connection cable with 2mm pin - see related products below).

The size of this ValuTrode® cloth electrode is 3.2cm in diameter and of a round shape. 40 ValuTrode® Cloth Electrodes (3.2cm, round) per case - electrodes are packed separately into packs of 4 electrodes/pack.

Application Note

• Caution: Electrodes not firmly attached to the skin greatly increase the chance of burns and other adverse reactions.
• Do not apply to broken skin.
• When applying electrical stimulation, the intensity must not exceed 0.1 Watt/cm².
• We recommend adding connection cable NS-7509 with 2mm pin to DIN 1.5mm touch-proof (TP) connector (see below).

Instruction for Use

1. Prep the subject's skin with an alcohol prep pad. The subject's skin must be clean, dry, and free from any oils or lotion.
2. Attach connection cable (e.g., NS-7509) to the ValuTrode® Cloth Electrode 2mm socket.
3. Remove the protective liner from the electrode and save the liner for later.
4. Apply ValuTrode® Cloth Electrode securely to the subject's skin. Apply center first, then smooth down to electrode edges.
5. Connect the DIN 1.5mm touch-proof (TP) connector of the connection cable to the electrical stimulation device.
6. Turn the electrical stimulator on and adjust it according to the electrical stimulator instructions for treatment. Do not exceed an intensity of 0.1 Watt/cm².
7. When the electrical stimulation session is complete, turn the electrical stimulator off.
8. Lift at the edge of the ValuTrode® Cloth Electrode and peel to remove the electrode from the subject's skin.
9. Place the adhesive side of the ValuTrode® Cloth Electrode back on the protective liner.
10. Disconnect the connection cables from the electrical stimulator and ValuTrode® Cloth electrodes.
11. Place the ValuTrode® Cloth electrodes back in the original package.
12. Once the ValuTrode® Cloth electrodes begin losing adhesion, gently rubbing one or two drops of water onto gel surface which may extend usage. If not, replace with new electrodes.
