The product that you purchased either through the manufacturer or through NEUROSPEC AG comes standard with a 12/24 months defect liability period (warranty), which means that any repair costs are covered. The reason for repair may be a fault in the actual product or caused by improper handling. In order for us to verify/rectify the issue, we need the product to be sent back to us. There will be no difference, however, as the repair would be covered under warranty. However, we will charge an inspection fee as some cleansing, adjustments or some small maintenance will apply. Further, freight and insurance fees will be charged as well. If we detect improper handling that caused the fault, we will charge our standard hourly handling fees and will advise you of such.
