NEUROSPEC AG provides and conducts this Shimadzu NIRS-EEG Holder (Cap) refurbishment service. It includes cleaning, disinfection, and replacement (if required) of parts such as labels.

Shimadzu NIRS-EEG Holder (Cap) refurbishment service includes:

• Cleaning and disinfection of the cap fabric and holders.
• Replacement (if required) of all NIRS holder foam rings.
• Replacement (if required) of all EEG ring labels.
• Shipping fees back to the customer (shipping to NEUROSPEC AG is the customer's responsibility).
• All costs for labour, tools, and consumables for completing the repair service.

Conditions

Shimadzu NIRS-EEG Holder (cap) must still be in good condition and not defective. The following conditions must be met:

• The fabric of the NIRS-EEG Holder (cap) is not ripped or torn.
• NIRS-EEG Holder (cap) does not contain any defective EEG holders.
• NIRS-EEG Holder (cap) does not contain any defective NIRS holders.
• No previous repairs, refurbishments or overhauls have been conducted.
• No matter of age, the NIRS-EEG Holder (cap) must be in good condition before returning.
• Applies for Holders (Caps) not older than 10 years where the fabric is still order (doesn't show holes, cracks or other).

All the above conditions must be fully met (no exceptions made). Contact us should you have a holder (cap) with defective holders so we can inspect and advise accordingly.
