Plate Grounding Electrode

This Ground Plate Electrode is made of stainless steel and measures 32mm in diameter. Can be used for a variety of different biopotential measurements including EEG, EP, NCS and many more; can be used as either a Ground or Reference electrode. The cable length is 120cm and comes with 1.5mm touch-proof (TP) socket.

Application Notes

• Intended Use: Can be used as a ground or reference electrode.
• Clean the electrode after each use with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not immerse the Ground Plate electrode in a cleaning solution. Do not use automatic cleaning tools.
• Dispose the Ground Plate electrode according to local regulations.

Instruction for Use

1. Prepare the subject's skin by lightly scrubbing the skin with a skin prep paste (see below), to reduce skin impedance.
2. Clean the subject's skin with a damp cotton ball (see below).
3. Place the Ground Plate electrode at the prepped location on your subject's skin.
4. Connect the cable to the appropriate measurement equipment/device.
